Stuart Cliffin has worked in restaurants throughout the country including The Pier Hotel in Kaikoura, Brookfields Winery near Napier and has held senior roles in a number of Auckland restaurants. More recently he has been the head chef at Furneaux Lodge in the Marlborough Sounds.
